01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 798ph platform in any way — including through the website, mobile browser, or dedicated app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without registering.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the complete agreement between you and 798ph. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms & Conditions take precedence.

798ph reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use the 798ph platform and participate in any real-money gaming or betting, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 798ph strictly enforces the 21+ rule in compliance with responsible gaming standards applicable in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 798ph or its affiliated service providers.

• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have an active account suspension.

798ph may request verification of your identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on the 798ph platform. Duplicate accounts — whether intentional or accidental — will be merged or closed, and any bonuses associated with duplicate registrations will be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number for OTP verification. Providing false registration details is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

• Your account login credentials — username and password — are personal to you. Never share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account.

• 798ph reserves the right to verify your identity through KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform.

Account registration is free. 798ph will never charge you a fee simply to create or maintain an account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 798ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support deposits and withdrawals through approved local payment channels including Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and select e-wallets. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Funds can only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method used. 798ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• 798ph reserves the right to perform additional checks before approving a withdrawal, particularly for high-value transactions or accounts flagged for review.

You may not use the platform as a money transfer or conversion service. Depositing funds and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity is prohibited and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

05 Betting Rules & Gameplay

All bets placed on 798ph are subject to the specific game or event rules displayed within the platform at the time of wagering. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of each game or betting market before placing a bet.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 798ph does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet except where a clear technical error can be demonstrated.
• In the event of a technical fault that affects game or bet outcomes, 798ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Game outcomes for slots and table games are determined by certified random number generation. No employee or representative of 798ph has any ability to influence individual game results.
• For sports betting, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, the applicable market rules will determine whether bets are settled or voided.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any system designed to exploit platform vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or betting section of the platform and may be adjusted from time to time.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

798ph may offer bonuses, promotions, free plays, or other incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is communicated.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 798ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, collusion, or multiple account registrations will result in the voiding of the bonus and may lead to account closure.

07 Responsible Gaming

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 798ph platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held may be withheld pending investigation.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to create an account on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players or 798ph staff.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

798ph cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where required. Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity will be reported accordingly.

09 Security & Privacy

798ph uses SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. All account access requires OTP verification, adding an additional layer of security beyond your password.

We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that document. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your 798ph account and do not reuse it across other services.
• Never share your OTP with anyone — 798ph staff will never ask for your one-time password.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to [email protected] immediately.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

798ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, irregular, or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Identity verification documents cannot be confirmed as authentic.
• A player has requested self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, 798ph may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach is involved, any remaining balance after the settlement of open bets will be returned through the original payment method, subject to completed identity verification.

11 Limitation of Liability

798ph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure consistent uptime and accurate game data, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays caused by factors outside our control.

• 798ph is not liable for any loss of profits, opportunity, or data arising from interruptions to the service.
• We are not responsible for any loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.
• In any event, our total liability to any individual player shall not exceed the net deposits made to their account in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these terms limits 798ph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Changes to These Terms

798ph may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to platform features, legal requirements, or operational policies. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 798ph platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any revised terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
